To free the spirit. To craft an ultra-premium vodka, Montana-style. To view a 550-foot "ribbon" of ice and climb it because it's there.
Made in the first micro-distillery built in Montana, this vodka was hand-crafted using the highest quality ingredients, including spring water from the ice fields of Froze to Death Plateau high above Red Lodge.
That "ribbon" of ice was "Leaning Tree Falls" above the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone, one of numerous free-spirited, unrecorded first assents by Chad Chadwick and Charlie Manfredi, now well-known for their Northern Rockies Escapades.
Chad's image shown on the front was a 1981 assent of 325-foot Moratorium.
